Throughout history, the gurus, prophets, and seers of nearly every culture predicted a time of great upheaval, disasters, and planetary changes. The famous seer Nostradamus also predicted that a time of great calamity would afflict the world, mostly created at the hands of abusive humans. Nostradamus made many predictions about these times which have come true.

We are living in the time of this great change right now!

Politicians and pundits debate about these issues, but the scientific research clearly shows that --

CAUSES OF CLIMATE PROBLEMS....are :

* Acts of destruction of the ECO-SYSTEM -- such as: dumping toxic waste into the land, dropping bombs, toxic emissions (smog),harmful chemical emissions from factories, waste dumped in water that is killing the oceans, etc.

* Heat-trapping gases= CO2, methane, flouro-carbons, and others. CO2 (carbon dioxide) is emitted when we burn fossil fuels (gas, coal & oil). It is part of the normal way that Earth sustains heat. However, when there is anover-load of these gases -- the temperature of the planet increases.CO2 tends to hold more heat and linger longer in the atmosphere...than other green-house gases. They create the "greenhouse effect" -- which warms the planet.

CLIMATE CHANGE RESULTS FROM THE INCREASE IN THE OVERALL, LONG-TERM PLANETARY WARMING.

As the planet gets warmer, the more the HYDROLIC CYCLE is effected….and thus, more water evaporates. When solar radiation hits water on the Earth surface, liquid water becomes vaporized when molecules near the surface have enough energy and freedom to overcome the relatively weak hydrogen bonds of their neighbors. As surface temperatures rise, the number of energetic molecules to jostle and escape the water’s surface tension will be greater, and evaporation will be more rapid.

In certain areas, droughts are the result of disappearing (evaporating)water. The water creates cycles that result in rainstorms, and snowstorms. The movement of water from the melting poles has also affected the land masses and tectonic plates—resulting in earthquakes.

* DEFORESTRATION: Cutting down & destroying plants and the Rainforests.

Trees and plants help create oxygen and clean the air (photosynthesis).

OXYGEN sustains life. Free oxygen is created in the oceans, but it is created byphytoplankton, microscopic single-celled algae. Millions of tons of phytoplankton "bloom" across the world's oceans every year, and this accounts for about 50% of atmospheric oxygen. The other 50% comes from plants on land.
